SMS terms & conditions

Prosper8y Front Desk texting program.

Program name: Prosper8y Front Desk. Operated by Prosper8y AI on behalf of the licensed contractors who use the Front Desk System. If you got a text from a contractor's business number and want to know what it is and how to stop it, this is the page.

Prosper8y AI is operated by Morgan Litchfield, PO Box 2214, Hanford, CA 93232 · Effective October 1, 2026

1. What the program is

When you call, text or fill out a form for a contractor who uses the Prosper8y Front Desk System, the system may text you from that business's number. These are conversational and transactional messages about your own inquiry: a welcome text with a link to book when you send in a form, a text when the owner is trying to reach you, a text-back when a call wasn't answered, a confirmation of a call time you agreed, and replies to questions you text in. There is no marketing list and no promotional blasts.

2. How you opt in

You opt in yourself, in one of two ways. On a web or ad form, by agreeing to this consent language:

"I agree to receive calls, including automated or AI-assisted calls, and text messages from [Business] at the number I provided about my project, including appointment scheduling, quote follow-ups and project updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, usually two to six messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help."

On a phone call with the business or its AI assistant, by saying yes to this question:

"Can [Business] send you text messages at this number about your project, like scheduling and quote follow-ups? It's usually two to six messages a month, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to unsubscribe."

Only a clear yes counts. No answer, or anything short of yes, means no texts.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire the contractor without agreeing to texts; just say so and they'll reach you another way.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. It is usually two to six messages a month: a welcome text, a text around a missed call or a call time, a confirmation, and replies to what you send. Texts are not sent between 9 PM and 8 AM your local time.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Prosper8y AI and the contractor don't charge you for texts; your carrier's standard messaging rates do apply.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you'll get one confirmation text and nothing more from that number. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of calls you asked for; tell the business if you want no contact at all.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for the business name and a contact number, or email morgan@prosper8y.com, or call (805) 455-3460.

7. AI-assisted calls

The same consent covers a callback from the business's AI assistant when the owner can't pick up. The assistant calls you only if you came in through a form that carries that consent, or if you called the business and your call was missed or cut off. In that second case it may call you back up to two times about your inquiry, and no more. The assistant says it is an AI in its first sentence and tells you the call is recorded. You can ask for a human at any point and the assistant will take a message for the owner.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent through Twilio and registered with U.S. carriers under the A2P 10DLC program.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and message history are used to run the program and are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Full details in the privacy policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
